About the Film
A New Standard of What Consciousness Is
What is consciousness, and what is its power? Can it be tested with scientific tools? These are the questions that drive The 1 Field.
The film follows a ten-day journey across Israel led by the channeler Lee Carroll, joined by scientists and hundreds of participants from around the world. Along the way, 19 scientific experiments supervised by international research institutes examine the idea of a single energy field — “the field” — that connects everything that exists.
Through the life stories and research of leading figures in the study of consciousness, the film asks whether human consciousness can support personal and collective healing, beyond the limits of genes, distance, and history. Instead of spending energy on conflict, it invites us to explore the power of collective human consciousness together.

The experiments
- Tests of how consciousness affects “the field” regardless of distance — during channeling, meditation, and singing.
- 500 people in Miami try to change the pH level of a glass of water in St. Petersburg using only their collective consciousness.
- The finale: more than 10,000 participants worldwide, led by Lynne McTaggart and broadcast live, focus for ten minutes on reducing violence in Jerusalem’s Old City by ten percent or more — measured by 70 Global Consciousness Project devices around the world.
